Art therapy is a powerful alternative to talk therapy as a way to decrease stress, get out of your head and heal from within. It is also a fun and effective way to connect as a family. Individual sessions are available for children/ teens who love to express themselves creatively, women who want to deepen their self-care, and mother-daughter dyads looking to share a creative experience together. Sessions take place in a welcoming studio environment. No previous art experience required.
